How it works

From your perspective as a user, every query follows the same four-step flow:
  1. You ask a question in the chat interface at knoq.one/home. Knoq surfaces any relevant verified answers and draws on your saved agent memory before searching your integrations.
  2. Knoq searches your integrations simultaneously — every connected tool that’s relevant to your question is queried at the same time, in parallel.
  3. Results are synthesized into a single answer. The individual tool calls — searches, page fetches, issue lookups — appear as collapsible steps beneath the answer so you can inspect the reasoning.
  4. You follow up or act. Ask a clarifying question to continue the session, click a citation to jump to the source, or use write-back to save the answer directly to Notion or Confluence.
