Knoq is billed per organization, not per user. Your plan determines how many members you can invite, how many queries your organization can run each month, how many integrations you can connect, and which advanced features — such as SSO, audit logs, and bring-your-own-key — are available to you. You can view your current plan and usage from Admin > Billing in the sidebar.
Billing is per organization. All members of your organization share the same query quota and plan entitlements.

The table below summarizes the key limits and features for each plan. All query counts are monthly and reset at the start of each billing period.

Query packs
If your organization reaches its monthly query limit and you are on the Solo, Team, or Business plan, you can purchase a query pack to top up your balance without waiting for the monthly reset.
Each query pack adds a fixed bundle of queries to your organization’s balance. Query packs do not expire and are drawn down before your next monthly allocation kicks in.
Go to Admin > Billing
Open the Billing page from the Admin section in the sidebar.
View available query packs
Under the Query packs section you’ll see the available pack sizes and their prices. Note the pack that matches your expected overage.
Contact support to purchase
Email support@knoq.one with your organization name and the pack size you want. Your query balance is updated as soon as the purchase is confirmed.
Query packs are not available on the Free plan. If you are on Free and exhaust your 10 monthly queries, you’ll need to upgrade your plan to continue.
Upgrading your plan
Self-serve plan upgrades are not yet available in the Knoq dashboard. To upgrade your organization’s plan, contact the Knoq team and they will apply the change for you. The new plan’s limits and features take effect as soon as the upgrade is processed.
To request an upgrade, email support@knoq.one with your organization name and the plan you’d like to move to. Any newly unlocked features — such as SSO, audit logs, or additional seats — become available right away once the upgrade is confirmed.
Canceling or downgrading
To cancel your subscription or move to a lower plan, contact support@knoq.one. The support team will process the change and confirm your next billing date.
Before downgrading, review your current usage against the lower plan’s limits. If your organization has more members than the target plan allows, you will need to remove members first. Connectors and features above the new plan’s limits will be deactivated on the effective downgrade date.
